Please note that all USPS offices are closed on Sundays and national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
*Any FREE SHIPPING codes given out by Rosy + Co. boutique are redeemable for up to $6.65, which is USPS Priority Shipping.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS* We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding your size. Store Credit never expires.
Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via e-mail when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the e-mail address you have on file.
E-GIFTCARDS : Expect an emailed E-Giftcard within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Thank you for your patience!
Merchandise must be returned in order to receive and exchange within 14 days from the date received and original invoice must be included in your return package.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
